Three adult males are facing a number of charges after investigation into overnight incidents of theft from auto in the Glencairn area.
At approximately 1:56 a.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, police were dispatched to Daniels Crescent for a report of three males who were going through parked cars. The caller was able to give some description of the suspects as well as their direction of travel. Officers responded to Daniels Crescent and the surrounding area and located three males, matching the suspect descriptions, near the intersection of Cavendish Street and Cambridge Avenue. Subsequent investigation led to arrests and charges against all three.
Nineteen year-old Jarred Kyle MOSQUITO, DOB: 1992-04-17, ofRegina, is charged with Theft Under $5,000 [334(b) CC]; Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000 [355(b) CC]; Obstruction [129(a) CC] and Breach of Probation [733.1(1) CC]. Twenty year-old Kelvin Kim PASAP, DOB: 1991-07-15, of Regina, is charged with Carry a Concealed Weapon [90 CC]; Theft Under $5,000 [334(b) CC]; Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000 [355(b) CC]; and Breach of Undertaking [145(3) CC]. Twenty-three year-old Carl Lee TANISHKISHAYINEW, DOB: 1988-04-22, is charged with Carry a Concealed Weapon [90 CC]; Theft Under $5,000 [334(b) CC]; Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000 [355(b) CC]. All three men made their first court appearances on these charges inProvincial Courtat 2:00 p.m. (today) Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
