A 37 year-old Regina male, who was the subject of two Saskatchewan-wide Warrants of Arrest on a total of five charges (three Breaches of Undertaking; a Break, Enter and Commit Theft; and Possession of Stolen Property), has been arrested without incident.
Thirty-seven year-old James Kevin SAYER, DOB: 1974-01-15, of Regina, was arrested just shortly after 9:00 p.m., on January 14, 2012, in a traffic stop on the 1300 block of 1st Avenue. SAYER faces two new charges, in addition to the charges contained in the warrants; another Breach of Undertaking [145(3) CC] and a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (cocaine) [4(1) CDSA]. SAYER will make his court appearance on the two new charges at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 16, 2012.
