A 23 year-old Regina man, who was the subject of a Saskatchewan-wide Warrant for Arrest on a charge of Aggravated Assault, has been arrested. The charge resulted from an incident on November 10, 2012, in the 1600 block of Albert Street.
On December 19, 2012, as the result of investigation, police went to a house in the 1100 block of Angus Street, believing the subject of the warrant, Nicholas Sean PELLETIER, to be inside. Initially, police were denied entry to the house, so investigators obtained a warrant to enter the premises. Once inside they located and arrested the subject charged with Aggravated Assault. There were also three other males inside the house who were arrested and charged with Obstruction of Justice.
Twenty-three year-old Nicholas Sean PELLETIER, DOB: 1989-12-09, OF Regina appeared in Provincial Court at 2:00 p.m. on the charge of Aggravated Assault [268(1) CC].
Charged in connection with last night’s arrest are: 22 year-old Adam William BOSSENBERRY, DOB: 1990-02-18; 23 year-old Giles Landon REDWOOD, DOB: 1989-08-02; and 25 year-old Dustin Raymond SCUDDER, DOB; 1987-12-05. Each of these individuals is charged with Obstruct Peace Officer [129(a) CC]. All three made their first court appearances on their charges in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. today, Thursday, December 20, 2012.
