Today, at 12:45pm, police responded to an armed robbery call of a convenience store in the 3500 block Dewdney Avenue.
The lone suspect entered the store, threatened the clerk with a knife and demanded money.
The suspect was allowed to grab cash from the cash register and lottery tickets from the counter before fleeing on foot, westbound from the location.
The clerk was shaken up by the event but unharmed.
SUSPECT DESCRIBED AS:
- Male
- Caucasian
- Mid 20’s
- Wearing a black mask, blue jeans, black gloves and a black coat with fur around the hood (hood was pulled over his head)
