The Regina Police Service has located a firearm during an investigation into an offence that occurred on the evening of Tuesday, September 9, 2014, in the area of St John Street and 1st Avenue North, that was the subject of a previous media release.
Further investigation into this instance led police to a house on the 500 block of Montreal Street where a firearm was recovered. While it’s reported that a male, on foot and armed with a firearm, was in a pursuit of another male, also on foot, and that gunshots were heard, no victim in this instance has been located.
