Police are investigating a robbery and forcible confinement that occurred early Friday morning (December 19, 2014) in Regina.
On December 19, 2014, at approximately 1:40 a.m, police were dispatched to the front of the police station, where after investigation, a male stated he was taken to a house, where he was tied up, assaulted and robbed. The man was let go after items were stolen and he made his way to the police station, where he phoned for police assistance.
Twenty-nine year-old Milo Levi Boyd BEAR (DOB: 1984-12-30), of Regina, is charged with Armed Robbery [343(D) CC] and Forcible Confinement [279(2) CC]. BEAR appeared in court on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
Thirty-two year-old Charles Leslie Alexander DOIRON (DOB: 1982-02-15), of Port Alberni, British Columbia, is charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [355(B) CC]. DOIRON was released on officer recognizance and will appear in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2014.
