At approximately 4:23 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2015, police were dispatched to the 100 block of Hudson Drive for the report of a break and enter in progress. The resident was at home at the time but feigned sleeping during the incident. The suspects left the scene and the victim was not injured.
As a result of investigation two males were arrested and charged.
Eighteen year-old Joseph Nicholas LITTLECROW (DOB: 1996/09/13) is charged with Break & Enter & Commit [348(1)(B) CC], Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [355(B) CC] and Fail to Comply with Probation Order [733.1(1) CC]. Twenty-four year-old Kelvin Paul ASAPACE (DOB: 1990/12/31) is charged with Break & Enter & Commit [348(1)(B) CC], Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [355(B) CC], two charges of Fail to Comply with Probation Order [733.1(1) CC], and Carrying Concealed Weapon [90 CC].
Both make their first appearances in Provincial Court this afternoon, Friday, May 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
