The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public in its investigation into an overnight incident in which shots were fired into an apartment residence in the 2200 block of Robinson Street.
At approximately 3:40 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2015, police were dispatched to an apartment building in the 2200 block of Robinson Street for a report of a weapons offence. The caller indicated hearing what sounded like shots fired. When police arrived they found that the balcony doors of the apartment had been shattered. Although it is early in this investigation, police believe shots were fired and the suspect or suspects fled the scene. Fortunately there was no one injured in this event. There are no suspects in custody at this time.
