The Regina Police Service is asking for help from the public in its investigation into two separate incidents which occurred in the evening of Monday December 9, 2015 and in the early morning hours of December 10 , 2015, in which a residence and a vehicle were damaged by what appears to be firearms discharge.
Incident #1 – Police were dispatched at approximately 11:33 PM to a residence in the 1000 block of Robinson Street on December 9, 2015, for a report of a window which appeared to be damaged by shots. Residents inside heard something hit the window and called Police. Police officers, along with an investigator from Forensic Identification, attended to the scene to gather evidence.
Incident #2 – Police were dispatched at approximately 1:00 AM, Thursday, December 10, 2015, to a residence in the 100 block of Orchard Crescent for a report of a car window which appeared to be damaged by shots. The homeowner heard something and observed a suspect running away. Both the passenger front and rear windows of the vehicle were shattered.
Police are continuing to investigate both incidents.
