The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, has begun a death investigation, after the death of a 38 year-old Regina female early Sunday morning.
At approximately 4:23 AM. on Sunday, May 22, 2016, police were dispatched to the 200 block of Upland Drive, to do a welfare check on (check on the well-being of) the residents. Police located the body of a deceased female. Her death is being treated as a homicide and investigated by the Coroner’s Office, Major Crimes and Forensic Identification. There are no other details for release at this time.
