The Regina Police Service has begun an Attempt Murder investigation after an apparent gunshot injury to a 30 year-old male.
At about 7:50 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, police were called to a Regina hospital for a male who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. The male is a 30 year-old Regina man. He remains in hospital for treatment of his injuries. At this time, investigators have not been able to determine where this incident occurred or the events leading up to it. It is not known if there is any connection between this event and an incident in which a window was shot out at a house in the 1400 block of Robinson Street this morning, nor is there a known connection at this time to a shooting on Victoria Avenue on Monday evening, June 20, 2016.
