On June 9, 2016 at approximately 6:57 a.m. Regina Police Service members were dispatched to the intersection of St. John Street and Victoria Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle collision. The occupants of the vehicle fled the scene.
A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia, as well as a small quantity of a substance alleged to be Crystal Methamphetamine (Crystal Meth). The occupants of the vehicle who fled the scene were described as three males and one female.
