The Regina Police Service Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU) was called out to investigate the report of an explosive device at a residence on Runciman Cr.
On July 26, 2016 at 6:04 p.m. police were dispatched to a residence on Runciman Cr in response to a call received which indicated that an explosive device had been placed in a residence at this location. To ensure the safety of the public and police, nearby residents were evacuated and the area was secured until the incident was concluded.
Responding officers requested the assistance of the Explosives Disposal Unit. Explosives Disposal Unit members arrived at the scene and cleared the residence. No explosive device was located. Three male youth were questioned regarding the incident.
