A forty-eight year-old Regina male is facing charges as the result of a break and enter at a Regina business.
On Monday, September 26, 2016, at approximately 2:30 a.m. Regina Police Service officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 1800 block of McAra Street. Information received was that a male was observed entering and leaving a locked compound. Officers stopped the vehicle matching the description at a nearby location and the suspect attempted to flee from police. Officers apprehended the male suspect, who was arrested and is now facing charges in connection with this incident.
Forty-eight year old Tony HUDSON (DOB:1968/09/03), of Regina, is charged with:
- Two charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [Sec 355(B), CC];
- Attempt Break and Enter Business [Sec 348(1)(A), CC];
- Resist Arrest [Sec 129(A), CC];
- Possession of Break-In Instruments [Sec 351(1), CC].
HUDSON made his first appearance in Provincial Court on these charges on Monday, September 26, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.
