Police are asking the public’s assistance in an investigation which has led to Robbery charges against a 26 year-old Regina male.
On Thursday, October 6th, 2016, at approximately 11:30 p.m. police were dispatched to a robbery at a restaurant located on the 400 block of Albert St. Information received was that two males armed with a knife and a bat robbed the restaurant and fled with cash.
Officers attended to the restaurant and surrounding area and apprehended one male.
Investigation into the matter led to the 26 year-old male, Stanley PELLETIER, DOB 1990/05/13 charged for:
• Robbery 343(b) CC
• Resist Arrest 129(a) CC
• Disguise with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence 351(2) CC
• Fail to Comply with a Probation Order 733.1(1) CC
PELLETIER made his first court appearance on these charges on October 7, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.
This matter is still under investigation.
