A twenty-eight year-old Regina female is facing charges as the result of a break and enter at a Regina business.
On Sunday, October 2, 2016, at approximately 9:35 p.m. Regina Police Service officers were dispatched to a report of a break and enter in progress at a business on the 3000 block of 5th Avenue. Information received was that a person and possibly two to three other suspects were observed breaking a window and entering the business. Officers arrived on scene and arrested a female, who was arrested without incident, and is now facing charges in connection with this incident. Investigation into this matter is ongoing.
Twenty-eight year old Amanda Dayle WASACASE (DOB:1988/01/07), of Regina, is charged with:
• Break Enter & Commit [Sec 348(1)(B), CC],
• Fail to Comply with Undertaking [Sec 145(3), CC].
WASACASE made her first appearance in Provincial Court on these charges today (Monday, October 3, 2016), at 2:00 p.m.
