On December 19, 2016, at 3:30 p.m., police received report of a firearm stolen from a farm in Francis, Saskatchewan, and believed to be in Regina. Investigation led to a twenty-four year-old male, who consented to a search of his residence on the 400 block of Forget Street. The firearm, and ammunition, was located in the residence and the male was arrested and charged.
Twenty-four year-old Dylan James BRUCH is charged with:
- Careless use of a firearm/ammunition [86(1) CC]
- Careless use of a firearm/ammunition [86(1) CC]
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm [91(1) CC]
- Possession of a firearm obtained by crime [96(1) CC]
BRUCH makes his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court this morning, Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at 9:30 a.m.
