The Regina Police Service is investigating a hit and run collision which occurred February 20, 2017 at approximately 9:56 p.m.
Police were called to 3rd Avenue and the west alley of Albert Street for a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision.
The pedestrian was crossing 3rd Avenue at the alley heading from the north to the south.
The suspect vehicle was travelling eastbound on 3rd Avenue approaching Albert Street when it struck the pedestrian in the right driving lane.
The suspect vehicle did not stop, and fled the scene southbound on Albert Street.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black pick-up truck, possibly a Dodge.
The pedestrian was transported to the hospital by EMS. His injuries at this point in time are described as not life threatening.
