A 50 year-old Regina male is facing charges in connection with a domestic-related threatening incident.
On November 3, 2017 at approximately 12:30 p.m., police were dispatched after an allegation of death threats directed to two female victims by a male suspect.
Police attended to the home of the suspect in the 300 block of Forget Street to deal with the threatening call. Police formed a perimeter around the house and began to negotiate with the male who was believed to have firearms within the home.
After five hours of police negotiating with the male suspect, he exited his home and turned himself over to police custody.
Fifty year-old Michael Wilkinson DOB: 1966/11/09, has been charged with two counts of uttering threats. The accused will make his first appearance on the charges in Provincial Court.
