Police have arrested a 34 year-old male in connection with the February 18 homicide on the 1400 block of Pasqua Street. On Sunday, February 18, at approximately 8:10 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Pasqua Street for the report of a male injured in an apparent firearms offence during a robbery. Police and EMS attended and located a forty year-old male, who was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Investigation revealed the death to be a homicide.
The deceased male was identified as Justin Troy LANGAN of Regina. Next of kin has been notified.
A thirty-one year-old male was arrested and charged on February 18.
Investigation led to a second suspect, a 34 year-old male, and his location at a residence on the 400 block of Retallack Street. On February 22, 2018, police members, including the RPS Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) Team, executed a warrant on the residence. The 34 year-old male was removed from the residence and was taken into police custody. Charges are pending.
