The Regina Police Service reports that a 30 year-old male; who was the subject of a Public Safety Advisory notice issued on November 10, 2017, has been arrested by the Regina Police Service
On April 15, 2018, police received a complaint that the 30 year-old male was seen in the company of a female youth. Investigation determined that the male was in breach of his conditions.
The male was arrested by a Regina Police Service officer at approximately 12:38 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at his residence in the North Central neighborhood.
Thirty year-old Phillip Lionel LEVAC, of Regina, is currently charged with:
- 2 X Sexual assault [CC 271]
- 2 X Sexual interference [CC 151]; and
- 4 X Breach of Recognizance under section 810 [CC 811].
LEVAC makes his first appearance in provincial court on these charges today, April 19, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
