A twenty-five year old male is facing charges related to garage Break and Enter which occurred overnight in Regina.
On June 3, 2018, at approximately 3:56am police were dispatched to a report of a break and enter to a garage in the 1300 block of North Harrison Way. The home owner contacted police to report that he had located a male in his garage. Police attended and arrested a male without incident.
Twenty-five year old Andrew James DEBRUYCKER, of Regina, is charged with the following offences:
- Break Enter [348(1)(a) CC];
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [355(b) CC];
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking [CC 145(3)]
- Possession of Break and Enter Tools [351(1) CC]
DEBRUYCKER will appear in Provincial Court, Monday June 4, 2018.
