A Regina male is facing charges related to possession of stolen property.
On September 27, 2018, at approximately 10:00 a.m., police executed a search warrant at a residence on the 700 block of Elphinstone Street. Inside the residence, police found multiple stolen bicycles and bicycle parts. In total, 18 bicycles and frames were removed from the residence. Also throughout the search, police located a 12-gauge shotgun as well as ammunition.
A male and a female were removed from the residence without incident. The male was arrested and charged.
Thirty-one year-old Tyler James MACDOUGALL of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 [355(B) CC];
- Careless use of a firearm [86(1) CC]; and
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm [91(1) CC].
MACDOUGALL made his first appearance in Provincial Court on these charges on September 28, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
