The Regina Police Service is asking for any information the public may offer in an investigation into a robbery, which occurred on September 16, 2018.
Police were dispatched at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, September 16, 2018, to a house in the 800 block of Broadway Avenue for a report of a robbery inside a home. The report indicates that a female unknown to the victim approached the victim outside the residence and asked to use the phone. The victim entered the residence, and the suspect followed the victim inside uninvited, again requesting to use the phone. The victim allowed the female to use the phone hoping she would then leave. Once the suspect completed the phone call, she was asked to leave, but the suspect brandished a knife and demanded money from the victim. The victim handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then left the residence. The victim was unharmed in the incident.
The female suspect is described as an Indigenous female in her 30’s, 5’6 with a medium build, wearing all black and sandals.
