The Regina Police Service is requesting assistance from the public in locating a 25 year-old male who is the subject of a Warrant for Arrest on charges of Assault, Breach of Undertaking and Breach of Recognizance.
These charges arise from an incident on September 25, 2018, in which police were dispatched to a residence in east Regina for a report of a domestic assault. Police arrived and located an adult female who had sustained injuries consistent with a physical assault. The victim and the alleged perpetrator are known to each other. Police have made numerous attempts to locate the suspect but these have been unsuccessful. Investigators requested a warrant for the arrest of the accused.
Twenty-five year-old Justin Jemar COX, is described as male, African-American, 6’ 1” tall, weighing 190 pounds, with short, black hair and brown eyes. A recent photograph of Justin Jemar COX accompanies this news release.
