A 39 year-old Regina male is facing charges after an investigation into fraudulent activity occurring between February 2013 and August 2017 in the city of Regina.
In July of 2017 the Regina Police Service received a complaint regarding work done by an electrician company. The complainant had several concerns regarding overbilling and improper invoicing.
