At approximately 12:17 p.m., on Sunday November 18, 2018, police were dispatched to the 5200 block of Boswell Crescent, for a report of an injured female. After a preliminary investigation, is believed a 48 year-old female was injured as a result of firearm discharge. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transported the female victim to hospital with injuries that are considered non-life threatening. Officers are currently holding the scene at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
