On Saturday, December 22, 2018 police observed a stolen vehicle on the Ring Road at Wascana Parkway entering the Harbour Landing area.
Police stopped the vehicle at Harbour Landing Drive just south of Gordon Road where four occupants were apprehended by police and arrested. One of the males was found to be carrying a bladed weapon. Another was found to be in breach of an undertaking.
Forty-five year-old Darcy Carl ZAGORUY, 22 year-old Joseph Maxwell EDWARDS, 26 year-old Jay Darren MORTON, 22 year-old Christien Mitchell Tyler PROVOST, and all of Regina, are jointly charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 [CC 355(A)].
ZAGORUY also faces charges of possession of a weapon [CC 88] and carrying concealed weapon [CC 90].
MORTON is also charged with failure to comply with undertaking [CC 145(3)].
The four accused make their first appearance in Provincial Court on these charges on Monday, December 24, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.
