Under the authority of, and pursuant to, the Saskatchewan Public Disclosure Act, the Regina Police Service is advising the public that a 57 year-old male, who is considered to be a high risk to re-offend sexually and/or violently, is now residing, supervised, at a federal residential facility (located in the Heritage neighbourhood). THIS INFORMATION IS INTENDED TO ENABLE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO TAKE SUITABLE PREVENTATIVE MEASURES, NOT TO EMBARK UPON ANY FORM OF VIGILANTISM OR OTHER UNREASONABLE CONDUCT DIRECTED AT THIS INDIVIDUAL. By revealing the name and photo image of this individual, the Regina Police Service hopes to raise community awareness about the presence of this offender so that people may make informed choices about contact with this person. This information is not to be used for an unlawful purpose.
Dennis Richard GLADUE, is described as male, Métis, 57 years old, approximately 5’ 9” tall, with a medium build, weighing approximately 176 pounds. GLADUE has black hair and brown eyes. GLADUE has a tattoo of a two-inch-high cross on his upper right arm. A recent photograph of Dennis Richard GLADUE accompanies this news release and is available on the Regina Police Service website. At this time, Dennis Richard GLADUE will reside, in a supervised capacity, at a federal residential facility in the Heritage neighbourhood of Regina.
A brief description of Dennis Richard GLADUE’s offending behavior is as follows: Dennis Richard GLADUE has a criminal history which includes sexual offences and has a history of re-offending. He poses a high risk for acts of sexual offending against female children. The prospects for reduction of his risk through treatment interventions are poor.
Dennis Richard GLADUE is bound by the following conditions, which require that he:
- Upon release, travel directly to an approved place of residence, as set out in his release certificate, and Report to the parole supervisor immediately and thereafter as instructed by the parole supervisor;
- Remain in Canada at all times within the territorial boundaries fixed by the parole supervisor;
- Obey the law and keep the peace;
- Inform his parole supervisor immediately upon arrest or upon being questioned by the police;
- At all times carry his release documentation and produce them upon request for identification to any peace officer or parole supervisor;
- Report to the police as instructed by the parole supervisor;
- Advise
parole supervisor immediately of:
- any change in address of residence;
- any change in normal occupation, including employment, vocational or educational training and volunteer work;
- any change in domestic or financial situation and on request of the parole supervisor, any change in his family situation, and;
- any change that may reasonably be expected to affect his ability to comply with the conditions of release;
- Not own, possess or have the control of any weapon, as defined in section 2 of the Criminal Code, except as authorized by his parole supervisor.
In addition, GLADUE is required to abide by the following conditions:
- immediately report all intimate sexual and nonsexual relationships and friendships with females to parole supervisor;
- report all intimate sexual and nonsexual relationships and friendships with both males and females who have parental responsibility for children under the age of 18 to parole supervisor;
- not to seek, obtain or continue any employment, whether or not the employment is remunerated, or become a volunteer in a capacity where persons under the age of 18 years old may be present;
- not to be in a position of trust over any children under the age of 18;
- not to be in, near, or around places where children under the age of 18 are likely to congregate such as elementary and secondary schools, parks, swimming pools and recreational centres, unless accompanied by an adult previously approved in writing by parole supervisor;
- not to be in the presence of any children under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a responsible adult who knows of the offender’s criminal history and has previously been approved in writing, by parole supervisor;
- follow a treatment plan/program to be arranged by parole supervisor;
- respect a curfew from 2100 to 0600, except for work-related reasons and with parole supervisor’s written agreement;

Concerns or reports from persons living outside of Regina should be directed to the nearest detachment of the RCMP or local municipal police department.
