The Regina Police service is asking for information from the public that may assist in solving a Robbery that occurred overnight.
At approximately 12:33 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2019, patrol members were dispatched to a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue for a report of a robbery that had just occurred. Three young people, ages 15, 16 and 17, had just come out of the business when a vehicle pulled up and one of the occupants of the vehicle pointed what appeared to be a firearm at one of the victims. The suspects demanded personal property from the victims and then fled in the vehicle. Fortunately, the victims were not physically injured. Police investigation led to a location in the 2000 block of St. John Street where some of the stolen property was recovered. This investigation is ongoing.
Police do not yet have any suspects in custody in connection with this robbery. There are no other details available at this time.
