The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public to assist in solving a recent case of Break, Enter and Theft.
On September 1, 2019, at about 4:15 a.m., police were called to a business (auto dealership) in the 600 block of Winnipeg Street. The business premises had extensive damage to the front doors of the showroom. Preliminary investigation indicates someone drove a vehicle from inside the showroom out through the locked showroom doors. Members of the Forensic Identification unit were tasked to process the scene for possible evidence. After making contact with the management of the business, police learned that the stolen vehicle is a red, 2018 Subaru BRZ. The owners have taken steps to secure the property. This investigation is ongoing.
