The Regina Police Service advises that 42 year-old Jason Paul THORNE, who was the subject of a Public Disclosure notice issued on August 14, 2019, has been arrested for being unlawfully at large, in breach of the conditions of his statutory release.
On Saturday, September 7th, at approximately 11:40 p.m., it’s alleged Jason Paul THORN left his residence, breaching conditions of his release. The Regina Police Service received word about 40 minutes later. On Monday, September 9th, at approximately 1:20 a.m., police took THORNE into custody without incident. It is important to note that the arrest was not the result of a new crime against a person or property, but rather a breach of conditions.
Forty-two year-old Jason Paul THORNE made his court appearance in Provincial Court at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2019.
