The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in a robbery investigation. On Thursday, October 6, 2022, at approximately 5:20 a.m., police were dispatched to a robbery in progress on the 400 block of North Albert Street. A lone male, armed with a firearm, entered a gas station robbing the clerk of store merchandise and personal items, and fled on foot with the items in hand. No one was injured in this incident.
The suspect is described as male, wearing a purple hoodie with an emblem featuring Spongebob Squarepants character “Patrick”, a green hoodie with hood up beneath the purple hoodie, blue jeans, black shoes with white soles, and a white covid mask.
