The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in an investigation into a weapons offence and robbery.
On February 26, 2020, at around 10:00 p.m., a 27 year-old male was walking in the 1200 block of Retallack Street when he was approached and surrounded by a group of males that were dressed in all black. The suspects struck the victim with a metal rod and sprayed the victim with something that is believed to have been pepper/bear spray. The suspects took property that belonged to the victim. The suspects ran off and the victim was able to get to a location to call police. The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital by EMS. There is no further description of the suspects at this time.
