A 35 year-old male is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a business on two different occasions.
On Tuesday, May 19, 2020, police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Saskatchewan Drive for a report of a break and enter. It was reported that a male had broken into a business. Investigation revealed that the suspect male had broken into the same business on May 12, 2020 and had allegedly stolen a cash drawer. Police located the suspect male nearby and he was taken into custody without incident. As a result:
Thirty-five year-old Robin Ethan KAISWATUM, of Regina, has been charged with:
- 2 X Break And Enter With Intent [CC 348 (1)(A)];
- Theft Under $5000 [CC 334].
KAISWATUM made his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Monday, May 20, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
