Currently, the Front Desk at 1717 Osler Street is reopened with limited access, and only for the following three purposes:
8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (7 days/week)
Inquiry Officers will be available to take police reports and facilitate other police requests that may require in-person interaction.
To reduce an influx of foot traffic in the lobby, we urge the public to continue filing police reports via phone (306-777-6500) or online at https://reginapolice.ca/online-reporting/ where possible.
Criminal Record Checks
8:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
The RPS Criminal Record Check area will be open to the public.
However, due to physical distancing and other health measures in place, the process will be slower than our typical service level. We encourage anyone who is able to consider filing Criminal Record Checks online at https://reginapolice.ca/resources/criminal-record-check/. If you still wish to attend in person, you must book an appointment. Walk-ins are no longer accepted.
Evidence Management Unit
The RPS Evidence Management Unit (EMU) will be open to the public by appointment only. To retrieve property that is being held by police, please make an appointment by calling 306-777-6500.
