A 40 year-old Regina female has been charged with Fraud over $5,000 after investigation into the activities of an employee at a downtown Regina business.
Police first received a report of a suspected fraud in July, 2012. The owner of a clothing retailer in the 1800 block of Hamilton Street alleged that an employee who had control over monies coming into the store and outgoing merchandise had defrauded the business. The suspect worked at the store from June, 2008 to May 2012 and it is alleged several instances of fraud occurred during that time. After a lengthy investigation, police arrested a 40 year-old Regina female without incident and laid a criminal charge.
Forty year-old Tina Marie CADERMA, DOB: 1972-08-14, of Regina, is charged with Fraud over $5,000, contrary to section 380(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada. CADERMA made her first court appearance on this charge in Provincial Court at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013.
