A thirty year-old Regina male is injured and facing charges after an assault incident on Thursday evening.
On Thursday, September 18, 2014 at approximately 10:00 p.m. police and canine were dispatched to a report of an assault at a business on the 300 block of Albert Street.
The charged male was leaving the building when he hit a vehicle, causing damage. The male then fled from the scene but was tracked by canine for roughly 7 blocks, until the PSD made contact in an alley by the 500 block of Hamilton Street, where the male was apprehended.
Thirty year old Michael Lee MISSENS Â DOB: 1984/06/17, of Regina was charged with Mischief under $5000 [Sec 430(4) CC] and Assault [Sec 266 CC]. MISSENS is scheduled to appear in court on October 22, 2014.
