Ongoing investigation into drug trafficking in the City of Regina has resulted in drug-related charges against a 31 year-old Regina male.
Investigation into the activities of a male, suspected of drug trafficking, resulted in his arrest on Thursday, February 5, 2015 for breach of a court-ordered curfew. A search of the individual, incident to his arrest, located a substance believed to be (later confirmed) methamphetamine and a large quantity of cash. A subsequent search of the suspect’s residence yielded methamphetamine and cannabis marihuana as well as other evidence consistent with drug trafficking. The male suspect was charged.
Thirty-one year-old Daniel James Robert WOODLEY, DOB: 1983-09-07, of Regina is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine) [5(2) CDSA]; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime [355(b) CC]; and Breach of Undertaking [145(3) CC]. WOODLEY made his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Friday, February 6, 2015.
