The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, is conducting a death investigation after the discovery of a deceased twenty-two year old male on May 25, 2015.
On Monday May 25, 2015 at approximately 2:30 a.m., police were dispatched to the 900 block of Athol Street in Regina for a report of a seriously-injured male. Police and EMS arrived and the male was transported to hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The next-of-kin has been notified. The RPS Major Crimes Unit, Forensic Identification Unit, and uniformed members of the Community Services Division are investigating.
