The Regina Police Service has laid charges in connection with an explosion and house fire that occurred in the 100 block of Cooper Crescent on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Three people: two males and a female have been charged. Further charges are anticipated.

This investigation began on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, when police were dispatched to a house in the 100 block of Cooper Crescent to assist other emergency responders already on scene.
