On September 18, 2016, at approximately 12:26 a.m. Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Dewdney Ave. to investigate a report of four individuals in the area there with a firearm. Upon arrival officers learned the suspects left in a vehicle.
Police observed the suspect vehicle at 7th Ave. and Edgar Street, at which point the vehicle evaded them, after an attempted vehicle stop was initiated.
Officers later observed the four suspects and the suspect vehicle parked on the 4100 block 5th Ave. Before the suspects could be apprehended, they drove away from the area at high speeds in a dangerous manner.
At 2:59 a.m. Police were dispatched to Victoria Ave. and Albert Street to investigate a report that four or five people in a suspect vehicle were shooting at another vehicle as they proceeded south on the street. The suspect vehicle forced the victim’s vehicle to spin out of control on the 3500 block of 25th Ave. and hit a parked vehicle. At this time one of the four suspects assaulted one of the female occupants and the two female occupants were robbed at gunpoint. The two female victims fled and were located on the 3400 block of Van Horne Ave. by Police. One of the females had non-life threatening injuries.
At 3:21 a.m. Police were dispatched to 14th Ave. and Albert Street, to investigate a report that a taxi driver and three male patrons were robbed at gunpoint. The suspect vehicle also hit the taxi. These were the same suspects and suspect vehicle involved in the previous incidents.
Moments later Police located the suspects and the vehicle with a flat tire driving at Elphinstone Street and Dewdney Ave. Police attempted to stop the vehicle, which fled. The suspect vehicle lost control at 7th Ave. and Montague St. and hit a parked car.
All four suspects were apprehended and arrested and charged for the above incidents.

3. 20 year old Kendell AMEECH dob 1996/03/18
- Two counts of 343(d) CC Robbery
- 117.01(1) CC Breach of Firearm Prohibition Order
4. 20 year old Dallas OAKES dob 1996/01/24
- Two counts of 343(d) CC Robbery
