A 54 year-old male was transported to a Regina hospital for injuries after a skid-steer vs pedestrian incident in Regina yesterday afternoon (Thursday, September 22nd, 2016).
On Thursday, September 22nd, 2016, the Regina Police Service received a call at approximately 2:00 p.m. about a motor vehicle incident on the 5400 block of Watson Way, between a skid-steer machine and a pedestrian. The victim was transported to the hospital by EMS with non-life threatening injuries. The male victim was released from the hospital following treatment for his injuries.
Occupation Health and Safety and the construction companies are investigating this incident. Police have determined there is no criminal aspect to this case; therefore, the police involvement in this matter is concluded.
