A forty-one year-old Regina male is facing multiple charges of possession of stolen property and theft.
On April 9th, at approximately 8:45 p.m., police were dispatched to a report of a stolen motorcycle. Information led police to the 400 block of Ottawa Street, where they located the motorcycle, as well as several other items on the property, (a snowmobile, a single snowmobile trailer, a double snowmobile trailer) all reported as stolen.
Forty-one year old Edwin Thomas LAIRD (DOB: 1975/09/21), of Regina, is charged with:
• Four charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [Sec 354(A), CC];
• Three charges of Theft Under $5000 [Sec 334(B), CC].
LAIRD was released on an officer undertaking and will make his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on May 10, 2017, at 9:30 a.m.
