The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, is conducting a death investigation. This investigation began with the discovery, this morning (Monday, June 12, 2017) of a deceased adult male at the municipal landfill, located on Fleet Street. Police were advised at 8:27 a.m. of this discovery and dispatched resources to the scene.
Police have identified the deceased person; however, his identity will not be made public at this time, pending notification of next of kin and further investigation. There are no other details for release at this time.
