The Regina Police Service has charged two adult males in relation to the weapons offence that occurred at approximately 10:45p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in the area of Victoria Avenue and Wallace Street. The incident resulted in three adult males being sent to hospital with serious injuries.
Joel ALLARY (DOB: 1998/11/17) has been charged with attempted murder (section 239) and breach of an officer’s undertaking (section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada). Brandon Cole BITTERNOSE (1999/05/12) has been charged with attempted murder (section 239) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
ALLARY and BITTERNOSE will make their first appearance in court on Thursday August 17, 2017 at
0930hrs.
