Two males, a 23 year-old and a 36 year-old, from the Balcarres area, are facing charges in connection with a stolen-auto incident on Friday, September 29, 2017.
On Friday, September 29, 2017, a vehicle matching the description of a recently stolen vehicle was briefly observed driving to a residence on Rothwell Crescent in Regina, with two males in the vehicle. Police attended the residence were able to locate and arrest the suspects of the stolen vehicle with no incident.
Twenty-three year-old Terrance DESNOMIE (DOB: 1994/02/14), of Balcarres area, is charged with eleven charges:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [Sec 355(A), CC];
- Two charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [Sec 355(B), CC];
- Three charges of Theft of Motor Vehicle [Sec 333.1(1), CC];
- Five charges of Fail to Comply with Recognizance [Sec 145(3), CC];
Thirty-six year-old Gilbert Howard CREELEY (DOB: 1981/07/01), of Balcarres area, is charged with eleven charges:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [Sec 355(A), CC];
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [Sec 355(B), CC];
Both DESNOMIE and CREELEY made their first appearances on these charges in Provincial Court this morning at 9:30 a.m.
