On Sunday April 1st, 2018 at approximately 12:47 am the Regina Police Service received a call for service regarding an adult female on the street, injured and in distress in the vicinity of 6th Ave and Montague St.
The female was transported to hospital by EMS and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
As a result of a subsequent investigation the following charges have been laid against the following individuals:
– Twenty-three year-old Keanna Jessica SEABORNE was charged on April 4th, 2018 with Attempt Murder Sec 239 CC and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking Sec 145(3) CC.
– Forty-one year-old Leon Edgar RYDER is charged with Attempt Murder Sec 239 CC, Forcible Confinement Sec 279(2) CC and Robbery Sec 344(1)(B) CC. RYDER appeared in Regina Provincial Court this morning, Friday April 6, 2018.
– Thirty-six year-old Noreen M. LANDRY is charged with Attempt Murder Sec 239 CC, Forcible Confinement Sec 279(2) CC and Robbery Sec 344(1)(B) CC. LANDRY appeared in Regina Provincial Court this morning, Friday April 6, 2018.
– Thirty-two year-old Michael Sean LANDRY is charged with Attempt Murder Sec 239 CC, Forcible Confinement Sec 279(2) CC, Robbery Sec 344(1)(B) CC, Possession of Prohibited Device or Ammunition Sec 88 CC, Possession of a Firearm, Prohibited or Restricted Weapon Obtained by Crime Sec 96(1) CC, Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Probation Order Sec 117.01(1) CC, Possession of Prohibited or Restricted Weapon knowing its Possession is Unauthorized Sec 92(2) CC, Careless Use of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition Sec 86(1) CC and Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition in Motor Vehicle Sec 94(1)(B) CC. LANDRY appeared in Regina Provincial Court this morning, Friday April 6, 2018.
