A 32 year-old Regina male is facing charges after an incident yesterday which began with an allegation that a male threatened another male with what appeared to be a handgun.
Several police units were dispatched, at about 12:18 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, to a business parking lot in the 2700 block of Avonhurst Drive for a report of a potential firearm. Further investigation, including a search, led to the recovery of a quantity of marijuana, scales, and Canadian currency in various denominations. There was no firearm located. The male was subsequently charged.
