The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public to assist an investigation into a home invasion in the 1500 block Garnet Street yesterday evening.
Police were dispatched at 2112hrs yesterday to a residence in the 1500 block Garnet Street for a report of a break and enter to a house. Three female suspects and two male suspects arrived at the residence twenty minutes earlier, and the female suspects pushed their way into the house, assaulting the resident in the process. The suspects did not take anything, but damaged some property inside the house before leaving towards the rear alley.
Patrol units and a Canine unit arrived but were unable to track the suspects. The suspects were described as follows:
- Female #1: about 25 yrs old, thin, hair in a bun, eyebrow and lip
- Female #2: hair in a bun, top lip piercing
- Female #3: black clothing
- Male #1: black hat, white t-shirt, black sweater
- Male #2: no description.
